Spin, hop step, euro-step, cradle, reverse, and change shot layup attempts receive a boost. Additionally, the ability to beat defenders with gathers is improved.

Acrobat - 2k23 Test Details
We did three separate tests for this badge.
1st we did 200 change shots vs a defender with Bronze anchor and 70 interior/block at every badge level and without the badge. The offensive player had 85 driving layup. The 2nd test we did the same thing except with euro's, and the last test we did reverse layups.
Acrobat - 2k23 Test Results
The first test we found gold to be the sweet spot as you can see in the chart below. But we did find that change shots were kind of nerfed since interior defense has been buffed. They are not as OP as before. Euros, again gold is probably the best value. Reverses are not worth attempting as any contest will likely result in a miss.

This table shows how many attribute points you need in order to unlock a badge at the level in the header. If a badge is a Tier 1 badge you do not need any attributes in order to unlock the badge at a bronze level. If its Tier 2 or 3, you will need to meet the attribute threshold to unlock the badge. If there is more than one attribute listed, you only need to meet the threshold on one of the attributes, not multiple.
