This badge is a combination of Stop & Pop + Circus 3s + a better version of Rhythm Shooter from 2k22.
Agent 3 - 2k23 Test Results
This badge activates on moving 3s, stop and pop 3s, 3s following 1 right stick dribble move and spin 3s. However, the badge will not activate on step back 3s.
