Strong Handle takes into account the combination of the offensive player's Ball Handle and Strength vs the defender's Perimeter Def and Strength. If the offensive player has 86 more combined attribute points than the defensive player you'll be able to activate the blowby. Strong Handle Test Details
To test Strong Handle we pressed the defender close to the offensive player to initiate immediate contact and then tried to see if we could get a Blow-By.
Strong Handle Test Results
We found that Gold will be enough to activate this badge against most defenders, but you have to consider the formula of offensive player's Ball Handle + Strength vs defender's Perimeter Def + Strength. The magic threshold found in our test was having 86 or more combined attributes than the defender. We also tested the difference at 85 combined points and it did not work.

How many points does each level of Strong Handles increase the combined total?
- Legend +73 pts
- HoF +62 pts
- Gold +45 pts
- Silver +35 pts
- Bronze +30pts
If you are trying to blow-by against bigger and taller players more consistently, you may want to target HoF or Legend depending on your build height and playstyle. Bronze and Silver are nice to have if you are only looking to take advantage of much weaker matchups.
