Deadeye - 2k23 Distintivo
Deadeye - 2k23 Badge Details
Activating deadeye is much easier in 2k23 than it was in 2k22. In past years contests activated either blinders OR deadeye. This year there is a lot of crossover on when the badges activate.Height | Tier | Height | Tier |

Deadeye - 2k23 Test Details
To test blinders we set up a script to take 200 jumpers every 5 milliseconds for a 65 millisecond window and measured the make rate against a defender contesting with an average rating of 10-20%.
Deadeye - 2k23 Test Results
Deadeye appears to provide a decent boost when shooting against lightly contested shots but in general these shots are not ones worth targeting. However, if you are a more competitive player who has no choice but take contested shots then deadeye on Gold is a great option.
Attribute | Bronze | Silver | Gold | HoF |
---|---|---|---|---|
Attribute Three-Point Shot | Bronze 0 or 71 | Silver 82 | Gold 91 | HoF 99 |
This table shows how many attribute points you need in order to unlock a badge at the level in the header. If a badge is a Tier 1 badge you do not need any attributes in order to unlock the badge at a bronze level. If its Tier 2 or 3, you will need to meet the attribute threshold to unlock the badge. If there is more than one attribute listed, you only need to meet the threshold on one of the attributes, not multiple.
