what's good everybody today's video we're finally going over the full breakdown of the dribble tutorial all of my moves I use a bunch of different moves in a bunch of different ways so I'm going to try to dissect not only the whole new dribble engine and all the basic controls but also the combos that I've been using online a lot of the dribbling clips that we see online or on YouTube or just from content creators They Don't Really create separation and they don't really work online too well I put out this tweet before launch saying dribbling is going to be something I need to figure out 90% of the drible clips I see I don't think will get you open in PvP so my moves are specific for for getting you open against good Defenders I've been having a lot of success online all of my Clips are pretty much from online playing Defenders and I've been using a bunch of different moves so we're going to dissect every move individually and then how I combo into them so if you're ready for that go a drop a like And subscribe to the channel we're chasing 90k right now and let's go ahead and break everything down these are my animations right here and they are subject to change these are just the ones that I'm using after a few days of playing your duple Styles you got Zion Williamson you got Zack LaVine and then jayen green as your choices here I'm going be using and Zack LaVine for today's video size up I like kawh Leonard Jason Tatum is actually a really good aggressive breakdown combo and you're going to find that out why here soon Kobe escapes is for the walk back move that move that you see right there Zack lvan combo moves is important all these are important especially Andrew Wiggins behind the back because if you look in the animations you see he gets to OG 2k2 behind the back which you guys will learn how to do now Zack L step back is also a really really good one and it's also slept on to I see a lot of people using Luca or Halle but I'll break down that move as well and also jarus Walker ER this is a really good go-to shot for dribbling it's really good to dribble out of and that's what I've been using people have been calling it like a mini Curry slide almost where he does a TW and then he does like that little behind the back and it slides you and then you can burst out of it but let me try to break down this dribble engine and kind of show you guys the basic control so you're mindful of how the dribbling works if I hold right trigger no matter what if I flick up diagonal to the right I will get a size up this year last year size ups were not holding right trigger and it's still like that this year if you don't hold right trigger you go up diagonal you'll still get a size up but if you hold right trigger you go up diagonal like the old Escape moves uh controls you'll get a size up same thing if I go down diagonal even with holding turbo I'll get a size up move so size ups are more important this year there's two different angles for all of your diagonal controls so if we want to do an escape we have to go a little bit above horizontal but not too far up diagonal you see we got uh the Kobe Escape right there cross and you see how it justs a different angle if I go too high up it'll get a size up but if I go just a little bit above horizontal you'll get the Escape so you have to know the difference if you go hold uh right trigger and you go directly horizontal you should get a tween right here you'll get this tween and this is a little slow over animation so we do want to get that crossover instead and then for your down to agonal it doesn't matter what down diagonal you go you will all always get a sizeone no matter what that down diagonal it is but to get the aggressive standing behind the back you have to do a move before trying to do it so you can do a hesi you know if you flick towards your ball hand you'll get a hesi and then that's the uh Andrew Wiggins aggressive behind the back right there you can do a hesit you can do an escape cross into the behind the back right so you can do different moves but you have to do a move before you can do an aggressive breakdown you can't or aggressive behind the back you can't just do an aggressive behind the back with nothing you can do a double behind the back like this it could work you can do an escape behind the back you can do anything but you have to do something before trying to do the aggressive behind the back now same principles apply with the two K2 OG behind the back you have to do a move and then you're going to do the behind the back right but whenever you do the behind the back you have to flick twice down diagonal instead of once if you flick down diagonal once you'll get your standing behind the back if you get it twice you'll get the 2K 20 OG behind the back with this package Andrew wigin behind the back or you'll get a different animation you know uh Paul George doesn't have a bad one either so you can pick a package that has a good standing behind the back but also a good you know another explosive behind the back so if we do a size up behind the back into the aggressive behind the back and then we do the the 2K 20 behind the back we can already get a combo going just from those moves this dribbling is can be really complex but it's super creative once you learn it moving on to more control some things that have changed so for your combo moves used to be flick uh you know left right with turbo or without turbo this year you can't hold turbo to trigger the the combo moves with the Zack LaVine if the ball's in my left hand I have to not hold turbo and then right left real fast right so that's Zack LaVine combo moves and then if I go towards the ball hand first if I go left right I'll get another animation here if I go left right I'll get another animation here right so you have those two combo moves you also have a moving combo moves which I can't really display here oh yeah I can boom so you also have moving combo modes too so keep that in mind if you hold right trigger and do the same combo move controls you will get moves from your Escape package now Kobe Bryant has the walk back if you hold right trigger and do the same controls like we just did with the combo moves you'll get the Kobe walk back and if you again if you start with the ball hand first or if you flick towards the ball hand first you'll get another animation like this and you can you know start to get creative from those moves there just to show you guys a quick combo I like doing the Zack LaVine combo and then I'll hold turbo and then do the same controls and then I'll move forward and then I'll move back one thing you guys must know is how to speed boost there's different ways to speed boost this year a lot of it comes down to your dribble package and your speed ball there's no acceleration this year so it all comes from ball handle and spel ball with Zion Williamson dribble style and Zack LaVine and Jaylen green you all want to do cross launches out of it you can do uh the like the speed boost towards the ball hand but it is a lot of it's very timing heavy and it's a little inconsistent maybe when we lab more we can get better animations but for right now the cross launch is the most consistent speed boost in the game so say I do a size up to the left I just want to hold right trigger and go up diagonal to the right so I do a size up to the right up diagonal to the left boom and then that's the size up right there or or the dribble style right there you get different animations depending on the angle of your left stick but you have to lab it and run up with the left stick so up diagonal bow bow and you can start doing speed boost from that cuz all these moves won't do anything unless you know how a speed boost so I walk back boom and then you can cross launch out of any move any move it can be an aggressive breakdown a regular breakdown a go-to shot a size up a behind the back and aggressive behind the back it can be anything you can cross launch out of it this year mixing in the go-to shot you're holding right trigger I don't know if you have to hold right trigger actually you don't have to hold right trigger you can do it with right Trigger or without uh I prefer doing it with cuz you know I just like to hold it to speed boost out and you can cross launch out of these boom boom boom boom you can cross launch out of these with different animations all you're doing to cancel it is you're just running out of the move if I don't run out of the move I'll get my combo move here this one isn't the best for creating separation for a goto shot but this one is really good for dribbling so after I get some crosses in I can just run with my left stick up diagonal and run out of the move let go of holding the right stick up and then I can run out of the move there for your regular breakdown combo
