We tested the boost you receive from change shot layups. We performed 200 change up layups per badge level and without the badge while running at a defender with his hands up in the paint. We tested each badge level at their respective attribute rating.

The Bronze level provides a solid value since it provides a 12.5% and only requires a 64 Driving Layup. Silver provides a boost over Bronze, but the value isn't significant. At the Gold level there is a 29% boost compared to no badge and only requires an 84 Driving Layup. The Hall of Fame level is incredibly powerful when used correctly; it offers a 38.5% boost compared to no badge.
